In accordance with Article R. 5142-9 of the Public Health Code, any change of an administrative nature concerning a veterinary pharmaceutical establishment must be subject for a variation request notified to ANSES (e.g.: change of company name, change of pharmacist or temporary pharmacist, etc.).

Any changes to the European SPOR database (WHO) must be communicated to Anses (e.g.: change of LOC ID, ORG ID, additional or deleted indication in the establishment address, etc.).
